File names & report.csv

All files from the same post share one number. Extra files in that post get _1, _2 and so on.

One row per post, with exactly three columns: the post number, its caption and its upload date.

If report.csv is open in Excel while a download finishes, the dashboard writes report_latest.csv instead. Close Excel and run the download again to update the main file.

One line per post with its number and caption, for reading without a spreadsheet. Posts without a caption get an empty line after the number.
